You have 30 days from delivery to send something back.

Just make sure your item is:

  • unused
  • in its original condition
  • and in the original packaging

If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size or style, reach out and we’ll help you through the process.

If Something Shows Up Wrong

We double-check everything before it leaves us, but life happens.

If your item arrives damaged or not quite right, send us a photo and we’ll make it right. Simple as that.

Final Sale Items

At this time, sale items, gift cards, and custom/personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds

Once your return makes it back to us and passes a quick check, we’ll send your refund through within 5–7 business days.
